Frank Fiume

Founder

Frank is credited for taking his unique amateur sports business concept and creating the first youth sports league franchise opportunity in the United States.

As founder of i9 Sports®, Frank served as leader and CEO of our company from its inception in July 2002 until November 2015 when he became Chairman until July 2017.

Frank serves as Director on the Board since July 2017 and advisor to the CEO and continues to be involved in the development of company strategy and new technology. Frank is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).

After initially working with i9 Sports® as a consultant in 2005, Brian officially joined i9 Sports® in 2008. He is one of the original architects of the i9 Sports® Experience and served as President and COO of the company until November 2015 when he became CEO. He was named Chairman of our Board of Directors in July 2017.

Brian is responsible for setting the company’s vision and strategic direction and working with the leadership team to translate the company’s vision into system-wide growth strategies which increase customer registrations and help make each franchise more successful and profitable. Brian is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).

Kim Armellino

VP Finance & Administration

Kim has been with i9 Sports® since the company’s inception in July 2002. As Vice President of Finance & Administration, Kim manages all of the company’s financial processes including bookkeeping, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, the annual audit and all financial reporting. Kim’s additional responsibilities include oversight of HR, Purchasing & Contracts, and Office Administration.

Kim is an expert at controlling costs and finding ways to help franchisees improve their bottom lines. Kim is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE).

Joining i9 Sports® in 2021, Chris is a respected industry veteran with deep ties to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and the national effort to reshape the future of youth sports. As Director, Coaching Education for the USOPC, he led the American Development Model (ADM) program which instituted long-term athlete programming across the 50 National Governing Bodies of Sport. He was also a founding member and leader in the Aspen Institute’s Project Play and spearheaded the USOPC’s joint effort with Nike to create the national How to Coach Kids program.

As the VP of Operations, Snyder will oversee the franchise system’s operational processes, sports programming, and coaching resources, helping franchisees achieve their financial goals by delivering an unparalleled experience to the kids and families they serve.
